    Well now into Phase #2

    Now been just over 4 weeks since starting and regime is now as follows

    Gym 3x a Week Mon/Wed/Fri usually lasting just over 1 Hour

    Warm Up

    10 min (lvl 6 RPM 100+ = 2.87miles) Cycling Machine

    Weights in Order

    4 Sets (20 Reps x 35kg) Lateral Pull Down (20 Outer/20 Inside)
    2 Sets (25 Reps x 35kg) Leg Raise Seated
    2 Sets (20 Reps x 25kg) Pec Deck Machine
    2 Sets (25 Reps x 35kg) Leg ...

    First weigh in this week after 8 months of not visiting the gym

    Monday Morning : 15st 6lb

    Goal: 2-3 Stone before June


    First Week consists of an easy break in routine

    3x 45min Sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri)

    20min Cardio (10min Bike lvl6/10min Treadmill 5.5Kph)

    25min Weights (Alternating Arms/Legs in sequential sequence 30-35Kg)

    More of a diary of weight loss than Blog so I can keep track
