TiocGaming.com has gone dark today to show our support for the protest of SOPA and PIPA. The U.S. Congress is about to censor the Internet, even though the vast majority of Americans are opposed.

"But why? What's the point of blacking out?" We want to do our small part to help spread awareness. The issue is concerning if the US sets a precedence and other countries decide to follow suit.

"But isn't TiocGaming in Canada?" Our server is actually in the US which means we're affected by US laws.

"What can I do? I'm not even in the US?" Even if you're not in the US you can help by petitioning the State Department. The US state department constantly speaks out against internet censorship in other countries. Pressure them to speak out against America’s new domestic censorship system.
